Chelsea loanee lighting up Serie A

The man dubbed the Egyptian Messi Mohamed Salah has been in terrific form for Fiorentina under Vincenzo Montella after leaving Stamford Bridge on loan.

Salah has scored six goals in just seven games since making the move to Italy in late January, grabbing a decisive brace in the 2-1 Coppa Italia victory over Juventus in Turin.

The 22-year-old never found his feet at Chelsea and has taken this opportunity to show the world his true qualities. A lot of great players have failed to play Jose’s way, they are great players but they just don’t fit into the Chelsea system.

I feel sending him out on loan was a great move and I feel Chelsea can make a mega profit when he is offloaded.

Fiorentina sporting director believes Mohamed Salah has already become a pivotal figure at the club since his January loan move from Chelsea. Great players need to play and I don’t see Salah returning to Chelsea to play second fiddle to Willian and Hazard.
