According to Petr Cech’s agent, the goalkeeper is keen to stay in the Premier League, should he end up leaving Chelsea this summer.
Cech’s agent, Viktor Kolar, announced recently that the 32 year-old had been given permission by Chelsea to speak to other clubs, but Mourinho was quick to deny the truth in Kolar’s suggestion.
The goalkeeper is reportedly interested in a move to Manchester United or Arsenal, with the latter a constant transfer link throughout the season.
David De Gea was subbed off in Manchester United’s draw with Arsenal on Sunday, and there are fears it could be the last time the Spaniard is seen at Old Trafford, as Real Madrid declared their intent to sign the impressive 24 year-old this summer.
Arsenal are also in the market for a ‘keeper to replace Wojciech Szczesny, who has been struggling to retain a position in the North London side this season.
Jose Mourinho has stated on numerous occasions that Cech will not be sold to a direct rival, but the shot stopper’s agent claimed that the decision to sell the Czech ultimately lies in the hands of owner Roman Abramovich.
“Arsenal, Manchester United or PSG are all top clubs. And Petr would like to join one of them – definitely,†Kolar told talkSPORT.
Petr expects that Abramovic not Mourinho will decide about his future, based on their mutual agreement from last year.
The goalkeeper has won 12 major trophies during his Stamford Bridge career, including four Premier League titles and the Champions League.
