Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has admitted he is looking to bring in two new faces this summer, to help with the squad’s depth.
Chelsea sealed the Premier League title at the weekend with a win against Crystal Palace, Mourinho is already planning for the season ahead.
Their display at the Champions League was not up to standard, and it has raised concerns that Mourinho, who has assured Chelsea fans that he plans to bring in two ‘major’ signings to the Bridge for preparation, towards next summer.
He was quoted as saying on the Sky Sports website: “We need a couple of players to give more strength and depth to the squad, We want to keep the same number of players and have a more uniform group in terms of not quality but experience, to give us that little bit of extra in case we progress in the Champions League.â€
