Ramires was dropped from the starting eleven at the very last minute and was replaced by Juan Cuadrado after suddenly falling very ill and getting rushed off to hospital before kick off earlier.
Jose Mourinho confirmed that he would be going straight to the hospital after the match to check up on his star midfielder.

Ramires has been in fine form of late literally forcing his way back into the starting eleven. His absence in midfield was visibly felt today but Chelsea showed once again that they are capable of quickly adapting to situations and went on to win 1-0 to claim the premier league title.
