Ray Wilkins: Chelsea won’t sell Petr Cech to Arsenal

Ray Wilkins is sure Chelsea WON’T allow Petr Cech to leave Chelsea for Premier League rivals Arsenal at the end of the season.

The Czech Republican goalkeeper could leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, after losing his first-team place to Thibaut Courtois.

Arsenal have been linked with the 32-year-old and are expected to try and sign him in the summer.

However Wilkins claims Jose Mourinho will never let him move to the North London side.

“If you look at Chelsea’s actions over the last few years, with the likes of Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Salomon Kalou, they were all sold outside the country so they couldn’t do any damage to the club in the Premier League.”

“Jose Mourinho will do the same with Petr Cech”

He then added, Paris Saint-Germain should try to sign the veteran goalkeeper.

Wilkins then added,

I don’t know why Paris Saint-Germain have not tabled a bid already because Salvatore Sirigu, the Italian goalkeeper, isn’t good enough.
