Former Chelsea player, Kevin De Bruyne admitted he still doesn’t know why Jose Mourinho sold him to the Wolfsburg last year.
De Bruyne joined the German club, for 17 millions in January 2014 and has since excelled scoring 15 goals and making 25 assist in total this season in all competitions.
However it is still unclear, why the 23 years old was sold after leaving Jose Mourinho unimpressed. The midfielder said:
“I still don’t understand why Jose Mourinho let me leave. I never discussed it with him. I started to play and then it was finished.”
De Bruyne insist Jose Mourinho never had arguments, he only used excuses and added:
“He said it was my attitude in training? It is an excuse he can use”
After four months, I asked him to leave. I didn’t want to stay at a club where I wasn’t even playing for 10 minutes.
