According to The Sunday Times, Jose Mourinho is on the verge of signing a NEW four-year-deal at Stamford Bridge, and is to be joined at the West London club next season by Colombian international, Radamel Falcao – who has reportedly agreed personal terms at the Premier League champions.
After Mourinho promised to help Falcao revitalise his form that he had at Atletico Madrid, the Monaco striker who was on loan at Manchester United last season agreed to join the Blues, on loan.
Falcao is now ‘100% committed’ to a move to Chelsea – in a deal which could be extended to a permanent move if the temporary switch is successful.
It’s clear Chelsea are in the market for a new striker, with Didier Drogba leaving as a free-agent and plenty of reports linking Frenchman Loic Remy with the exit door. That would only leave one first team striker in Diego Costa, who is renound for his hamstring injuries.
