Seaman: Chelsea’s loss will be Arsenal’s gain

According to the Gunner’s former goalkeeper David Seaman, Arsenal will be able to challenge Chelsea for the title next season after signing Petr Cech

After spending 11 years at the club, Petr Cech parted ways and signed for their biggest rivals: Arsenal for a reported fee of around £11M. This signing could be key to secure the gunners their first ever Premier League trophy in 12 years.

Since the departure of Jens Lehmann in 2008, the gunners have always struggled to find a consistent goalkeeper but Seaman thinks Cech will bring long term stability to the club, he told BreatheSport,

Chelsea’s loss could be, and likely will be Arsenal’s gain. In my opinion, this signing could genuily be the difference between who will come first and and who will finish second next season.
