It is reported that Chelsea are interested in buying the young Albanian full back Elseid Hysaj.
The 21 year old Albanian is currently playing at Empoli but after his good performances in Serie A last season many clubs want to sign him; Napoli, Lazio Roma, Schalke, Leverkusen and now also Chelsea.
Hysaj is a very brave and talented player which you could compare with Branislav Ivanovic, strong and defensively very experienced for his age, Hysaj can play on the left but also as a right back.
His only negative ability is his offensive play, he doesn’t surge forward like Brana, but defensively he is a great player.
Elseid Hysaj has been capped by the Albanian national team and was scouted by many clubs when they beat France 1-0.
The transfer fee should be under £10m, and I think he would be a great signing as he still is very young and to have a backup to Ivanovic would be great.
