Chelsea’s target Arda Turan, has recently ruled out a move to Barcelona from Atletico Madrid.
Turan made the announcement on twitter and promised to let everyone know, where he would be at next season. Chelsea fans would like to see the Turkish become a blue, but they’re not the only ones. One player in particular would love to be reunited with Turan: Diego Costa.
They played together at Atletico Madrid until Costa joined Chelsea last summer & Costa would love to be reunited with his former teammate to play good football but also to enjoy his kebabs, as the Turkish player proves to be a good cook.
Speaking to the Turkish newspaper Bugun, later translated by Turkish-football.com, the Spaniard said:
I would really like to be reunited with him. It would be fantastic because he is a player that makes my job easier.
“Arda, Flilpe Luis and I achieved great success together and he really is a great guy.”
“He introduced us all to Turkish food as well. I really liked his kebabs and when he had food, everybody would hover around his house for some.“
