Eden Hazard has conceded that he doesn’t enjoy pre-season training, as he doesn’t like the intensity and fitness work of Jose Mourinho’s training exercises.
I can’t say I really enjoy training right now. Because we do a lot of running and work hard, but it’s good to be there and work on your fitness a little bit more than during the season when you do a lot of recovery and technical work.

However all this fitness work has proved to be very helpful for Hazard as last season he played the best football of his career, winning multiple personal awards in the Premier League such as PFA Player of the Year award, Barclays Player of the Year award and The Football Writers Association Player of the Year, just to name a few.
Hazard also started every Premier League game last season under Jose Mourinho which proves how fit he is to manage to play week after week and avoid injury. In the last 2 seasons Hazard has been the most fouled player in the Premier League (202), despite this he always manages to recover and stay fit.
