ITK football site apoligises for Fabregas mutiny story

Just over a month ago a page called “The Secret Footballer” branded Cesc Fabregas the leader over a mutiny against Chelsea manager Josè Mourinho.

This would normally be ignored as of social media leading us to believe all sorts of rumours when things start to go wrong at clubs. Instead of Cesc Fabregas ignoring the reports he release a statement on his Facebook page confirming his happiness at the club and the excellent relationship that he has with the Chelsea manager.

Following the obvious unhappiness from Cesc Fabregas about these stories The Secret Footballer released an official statement of apology.

In an item published in the Secret Footballer’s diary on the 2 November 2015 it was claimed that Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas was the leader of a mini-revolt against manager Josè Mourinho. Our information on this was incorrect. Cesc Fabregas was not organising a dressing room revolt and has an excellent relationship with the manager. He is very happy at Chelsea. We regret our error and have apologised to Cesc Fabregas.
