Time & Date

Monday 14th December 2015, 8pm (UK time), King Power Stadium.

Preview

Struggling Chelsea will be hosted by high flying Leicester City on Monday Night Football. Chelsea will be looking to get a run in of wins as they completed an impressive performance against Porto with a 2-0 win that sent the 2014/15 Premier League Champions through to the knockout stages of the champions league, at the expense of the Portuguese side.

Chelsea’s last league outing was a shock defeat at home to newly promoted Bournemouth whereas Leicester won 3-0 away to Swansea where Algerian sensation; Riyad Mahrez, bagged himself a hat trick. The Foxes are unbeaten in their last 8 league games but haven’t beaten Chelsea in their last 3 meetings.

For the first time, Chelsea will play Leicester as the underdogs but could be finding their form for a potential top 4 run. Chelsea go into the game 16th in the table, 1 point off the relegation zone but a win could take them back to 14th meanwhile a win for Leicester will take the top, overtaking Arsenal who managed to get a 2-0 win over Aston Villa.
