Chelsea target Gonzalo Higuain has delayed contract talks with Napoli according Gazzetta World. The players father is in Naples to negotiate terms but its been reported he is weighing up his options with multiple clubs set to be interested in his signature, Chelsea is rumoured to be one alongside French runaway leaders Paris Saint Germain.
Higuain has scored 24 goals in 26 games this season and is a proven goal scorer in both Serie A and La Liga after previously playing with Spanish giants Real Madrid before a switch to Napoli.
The Napoli striker has a just over £74 million release clause in his latest contract.
