The Blues skipper John Terry is certain that the ex-Chelsea boss José Mourinho will be a success at his new club Manchester United.
Mourinho’s second Chelsea spell came to a disappointing end as the club sacked the manager in December following his terrible run in the Premier League, hovering just above the relegation zone.

Terry told Sky Sports that the Red Devils must be proud to have hired a manager such as Mourinho, and believes the Portuguese will keep up his outstanding record during his future at Old Trafford.
Mourinho’s appointment is fantastic news for Manchester United.
It was unfortunate the way it ended at Chelsea this year but I wish him well because he’s also a great man. He’ll be great for Manchester United, I’m sure.
I’m sure that United’s fans and players will be delighted with that because, as I’ve said many times before, he’s the best manager I’ve worked under.
I’m sure he’ll settle in well with the likes of Ryan Giggs – hopefully he will stay and support him as well.
As Mourinho will make his return to Stamford Bridge with his new team next season, Terry is confident that he will get a warm welcome from the Blues fans.
It will feel very different, but I’ve come up against Jose for various teams before so it will be interesting to play against him.
He’ll get a great reception when he comes back to Stamford Bridge, for sure.
Terry and Mourinho worked together during the former Real Madrid manager’s both Chelsea spells, winning the Premier League title three times in total.
