Chelsea have confirmed on their official website that Nathan Aké will spend the next season at AFC Bournemouth.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Premier League side Watford, and enjoyed a smooth campaign winning the Young Player of the Year award and helping his team to reach the FA Cup semi-finals.
Last summer the Netherlands U21 international signed a new 5-year contract with Chelsea to keep him at the club till 2020.
Aké joined Chelsea’s Academy in 2011 and has made 12 appearances for the first team, taking part in successive Europa League and League Cup campaigns.
