Chelsea have today confirmed that Tammy Abraham will join Bristol City on a one-year loan, the official website reports.
The 18-year-old is a Chelsea Academy product who was part of the teams winning the Youth FA Cup and UEFA Youth League in both of the previous two seasons.
The Englishman made his first-team debut in the closing stages of last season against Liverpool, also coming on as a substitute on Chelsea’s final fixture of the campaign against Leicester City at Stamford Bridge.
However Antonio Conte is desperate for changes and Abraham is one of the many to go.
Bristol City will start their Championship campaign tomorrow, but Abraham has only today joined the club at their first training session, and is unlikely going to play just yet.
