Juventus have officially confirmed that Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has finally completed his loan move to the Serie A club, as the Colombian winger was ruled out of Antonio Conte’s this season’s plans.
The Italian side will pay Chelsea a €5m (£4.2m) transfer sum for a loan deal which will keep him at the club until 2019, and have set an option to buy Cuadrado permanently at the end of the campaign for a reported €20m (£16.9m) fee.

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri, who was also hinted as a possible successor for Guus Hiddink before Antonio Conte stepped in, reportedly has an important role for Cuadrado to fill at the reign Serie A champions this season.
Chelsea signed the 28-year-old from Fiorentina a year-and-a-half back, but he failed to make an impression under José Mourinho’s side on his first six month spell at the club, winning the Premier League anyways.

He therefore was signed on loan by Juventus, and ended up having a stellar season for the Turin side, as he was a key player in Allgeri’s line-up who eventually led the team to yet another Serie A triumph.
