Chelsea winger Kenedy has today signed for Watford on a one-year loan deal, the club have officially confirmed.
The Brazilian has made a switch to the Premier League side in hope of more regular playing time, as he hasn’t been handed a proper chance to prove himself at the Blues this season.

Kenedy played a solid campaign for Chelsea last season, as he even timely replaced Belgian star Eden Hazard in the starting line-up, playing both in winger and left-back’s position (not at the same time of course) under José Mourinho and his successor Guus Hiddink.
He scored his first Premier League goal on the opening minute in Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Norwich City away in March, and also got to be a part of the Blues’s starting eleven when they faced Paris Saint-Germain at home in Champions League round-of-16 last campaign.
Chelsea signed the 20-year-old from Brazilian club Fluminese on a £6.3m deal last summer, and he currently has a contract with the West London side until 2019.
