It has been officially announced that Jamaican Defender Michael Hector will join Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt on loan for the duration of the 2016/17 season.

Hector – who is a life long Chelsea fans – made his dream move to Stamford Bridge on September 1st 2015 but was immediately loaned back to Reading for the season.

The Jamaican international travelled with the squad on their pre-season tour of Austria and the United States of America but the couple of cameo appearances that were handed to him were not enough to convince Antonio Conte to put him into the Italian’s plans.

This move is the 13th loan move of the 23-year-old’s career but he will continue to dream of playing under the lights at Stamford Bridge.
