Despite the transfer window closing last week, Chelsea are apparently building early plans for the future transfer markets.
The Blues are set to make a £15m bid for Brazilian midfielder Thiago Maia when the next transfer window opens in January, Daily Mail report.

Antonio Conte was interested to bring the 19-year-old to Chelsea this summer, but Santos were reluctant of letting their key player go in the middle of their domestic league.
However, the Italian has revived his interest on the wonder-kid, and is reportedly planning an offer somewhere near £15m for Maia, as Santos are believed to be more willing to let him go as the Brazilian top-flight campaign ends in December.

Maia impressed in Rio’s Summer Olympics this year, as he helped Brazil to win their first ever gold medal in the competition.
According to reports, Chelsea are also looking to add one more player to their defensive ranks in surprise deal for Juventus free-agent Martin Caceres.
