After a delightful 3-0 victory over reigning Premier League champions Leicester City yesterday, Antonio Conte says he’s happy how the new system has worked for the Blues so far.
The Italian manager has began to play three defenders at the back with Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz and Gary Cahill, while Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses have been the up-and-down running wide midfielders to help out both in attack and in defence.
When the season began, Chelsea played in a 4-1-4-1 formation, but Conte says that after realizing the characteristics of his players he knew what he had to change to get better results out of the games.
He thinks that the new system and the talent of the players come along together, Squawka reports.
