Bertrand Traore has scored his fifth goal of the season while out on loan at Ajax.
Upon joining the Dutch giants in the summer, he was already accustomed to life in the Eredivisie after a successful loan spell at Vitesse.
The Burkina Faso international scored four goals for Chelsea last season after finally being granted a work-permit. They all came in a five-game period under the management of Guus Hiddink.
It didn’t appear that he was going to get much game-time at Stamford Bridge this campaign, however, and he was subsequently sent out on loan.
It’s taken Traore a little while to get going and he hasn’t yet hit his best form, but he has still managed to find the back of the net on five occasions. His latest came this afternoon, a cool finish into the far corner.
