Chelsea were heading into half-time a goal down against Tottenham yesterday evening after Christian Eriksen’s fine strike gave the visitors the lead.
Pedro, thankfully for us, had other ideas. The Spaniard picked the ball up on the edge of the penalty area and beautifully curled it past Hugo Lloris into the back of the Spurs net.
It was Pedro’s third goal of the Premier League season to go along with the five assists he has provided. He is finally starting to justify the fee we paid Barcelona for him last summer. Long may his good form continue.
