Chelsea could move 12 points clear at the top of the table today as they face third-placed Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.
While the Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is struggling with four midfield absentees, Antonio Conte has his full squad available for today’s thrilling contest between the two great London sides.
Eden Hazard and David Luiz seemed unfit after Tuesday’s draw against Liverpool at Anfield, but they’re both named on the starting eleven today.
Thibaut Courtois, as usually, starts between the sticks, with the Brazilian centre-back partnering up with Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill in the heart of the three-man defensive line.
Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso are positioned to the wing-backs’ roles, while N’Golo Kante resumes to pair up with Nemanja Matic in the centre of the field, as ex-Gunner Cesc Fabregas once again gets to start the game off the bench.
Pedro starts on the right today with Diego Costa in the center and Eden Hazard on the left.
The Blues are holding on to their famous 3-4-3 formation, but could switch up to 3-5-2 once the play gets onto the latter stages of the game.
