Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is reportedly attempting to lure Italy international Antonio Candreva to Stamford Bridge this summer, following a failed effort of signing him from Inter Milan in January, Tuttomercatoweb reports.
The source claims that the 30-year-old is happy to stay put at San Siro, where he has scored eight goals in 39 appearances in all competitions this season, but should Chelsea table a solid offer for him, his head could turn quite quickly.

Inter are currently placed 7th in the league and are fighting hard for a top 5 place in hope of getting qualified for the Europa League, with Champions League qualifying already out of their sights.
Chelsea would be able to offer Candreva both a new experience in England under his good friend Conte, and of course football in the European Elite competition.
Candreva would be a perfect fit for Conte’s 3-4-3 system as a right wing-back, as he’s strong and determined working the ball both ways of the field.
