Chelsea are reportedly planning to offer Cesc Fabregas a new contract to stay at Chelsea until 2020 according to Daily Star.
The 29-year-old has worked his way back to Antonio Conte’s first-team plans and is now looking to be offered a new deal at he club amid strong transfer links away from Stamford Bridge this summer.
Fabregas joined Chelsea at the summer of 2014 and signed a contract worth £150,000-a-week, and is set to be approached with a deal with the very same terms.
The Spain international has mainly been rotated with Nemanja Matic to partner N’Golo Kante in midfield, but he has still scored six goals and recorded 12 assists to his name.
Chelsea are still looking for midfield reinforcements ahead of their return to the Champions League.
