Chelsea have reportedly turned their radar back on AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, who has refused to sign a new contract extension with the Serie A side, Transfer Market Web reports.
The Belgium international has been offered a contract extension with a pay rise from yearly wages of €3.8m to €4.5m, but the player is reluctant to pen a deal worth anything less than €5m-a-year.

Antonio Conte is a huge fan of the 28-year-old midfield powerhouse, and the Blues came close to landing Nainggolan last summer.
After missing out on Nainggolan Chelsea went on to sign N’Golo Kante last summer, who proved out to be a vital addition to Conte’s squad.
However, recent displays against Crystal Palace and Manchester United are good examples why Chelsea could still need a bit of boost in their centre of the field, as Kante, Nemanja Matic and Cesc Fabregas might not be enough once we return to Champions League next season.
