Chelsea cruised into a comfortable 3-1 away victory at Dean Court over AFC Bournemouth yesterday, as a win was needed for the Blues to regain the seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League table.
Second-placed Tottenham had finished their game already before Chelsea’s kick-off, hammering Watford 4-0 at home closing the gap to four points from the top.
The Spurs fans’ eyes were on Antonio Conte’s side after that, and yet another W into Chelsea’s record caused some mixed feelings between them.
Some of the fans seemed a bit like giving up, naming Chelsea’s superb title charge as ‘unjustified’ and ‘undeserved’ considering Tottenham’s good season.

I'd like to think even as a neutral I'd still hate Chelsea ….. nothing to like about the club whatsoever #coys

Meanwhile others live outside the reality believing Tottenham would be guaranteed title winners if Chelsea had been playing in Europe this season, which, of course, is a very fresh point of view to accuse Chelsea from.
Bottom line this has been a free run at title for Chelsea without European football. And despite the points lead they are sweating. #coys

Just trying to imagine what the table would look like if Spurs – like Chelsea – had not played in Europe this season #COYS

Chelsea and Tottenham have faced each other twice already this campaign, but they will meet this month as the London rivals battle each other in the semi-final of the FA Cup at Wembley.
Many of the Spurs fans watching Chelsea’s win from yesterday suggested that rejecting the Blues from a double would be enjoyable enough for them, as they certainly feel a lot confident ahead of the clash on 22nd of April.
On to the next round of games we go,what they hold for us nobody knows.let's at least keep 2nd, taking joy When we stop Chelsea double. COYS
