Chelsea have locked their radar on Serie A’s one of the fastest rising stars Andrea Belotti this season as the Torino striker has made a huge name for himself in Europe and especially among the daily paper talk.
The 23-year-old has racked up an astonishing 25 goals to his name in the Italian top-flight, and is a major transfer target for many big teams in Europe, with Chelsea and Manchester United the two sides from England that want to land the Italy international.

But according to Daily Star, Belotti is reportedly prepared to make up his mind over the two clubs by signing for Chelsea rather than United, as he wouldn’t even consider joining a side that can’t give him Champions League football.
Belotti won’t be getting any of that at his current side Torino, but if he was to leave his beloved side this summer, it would be with a big transfer fee (around €80m) and for a team that plays in the European Elite competition.
Chelsea secured their place in the next season’s Champions League campaign in their 3-0 victory over Everton on Sunday afternoon, while Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United are currently sitting fifth in the Premier League table – one place below where they should be.
