Chelsea have been hammered with yet more bad injury news.
According to The Sun, France international Tiemoue Bakayoko broke down in the middle of the national team’s training session and was forced to head into the changing rooms prematurely to receive treatment. The former Monaco man was doing one-on-one training on Saturday morning, while the rest of the team trained elsewhere, but was not able to finish the training session as he began to feel pain during sprints.
Bakayoko, who began the season by recovering from a hamstring injury, is expected to be fit to join up with the rest of the Chelsea team on Saturday when the Blues travel to The Hawthorns to face West Bromwich Albion. Should he not though, Antonio Conte will have another big decision to make considering his narrow squad.

Chelsea’s Alvaro Morata (toe), Gary Cahill (knock) and Michy Batshuayi (foot) have also suffered injury set-backs during this international break, which is providing quite the headache for Conte at the moment.
Luckily Danny Drinkwater skipped England duty, and will therefore hopefully be fit to replace Bakayoko if necessary next weekend.
