Chelsea are the only club to have made a ‘firm’ offer for Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski after Kicker revealed Blues have made contact for the signing of Lewandowski next summer.
Lewandowski has been one of the most sought after players in the world and arguable one of the most lethal players in the German Bundesliga in recent seasons, but it appears his time at the Allianz Arena has come to and end after his agent, Pini Zahavi, revealed he has set his sights on finding a new challenge elsewhere, via Sky Sports.
Although the Daily Express say the 80 million transfer fee might scare Chelsea away, reports from Germanz saz it is only the Blues who are determined to snap the 30-year old from his contract at Bayern.
ESPN’s Bayern Munich correspondent Marl Lovell said on Wednesday that the Blues have made their first offer for the Poland international although the amount presented to the Bavarians is not revealed.
While Manchester United and PSG are interested, kicker repeat Chelsea are the only club to have made a firm offer for Lewandowski.
