Chelsea have had a miserable season and would want to forget the happenings quickly as the players prepare for an FA Cup final that can only save the disaster this season has been, but that does not stop some of the outstanding players from winning personal glory.
N’Golo Kante and Willian picked up the top awards in the club’s end of season awards gala on Thursday night in London.

Kante was awarded the club’s fan’s Player of the Year after standing out among his peers throughout the season, going about his job each day like the team was not in deep waters.
His teammates acknowledged Willian as the most effective player this season, with the Brazilian winning the Players’ Player of the Year.

Breakout king this season, Andreas Christensen who has been infused into the club’s first team after surprisingly good performances was awarded Chelsea’s young Player of the Year.

Willian picked another award on the night, as he walked away with the goal of the season award with his well worked goal against Brighton.
The last notable award went to Reece James for his displays in Chelsea’s academy. He won the Academy Player of the Year.
