It’s official. The reign of Antonio Conte has reached its nadir. A full strength – more or less – team smashed to bits by Newcastle at St James Park.
We have a terrible record there, but we’ve never been this bad. The second half saw a total collapse in morale and effort as our defenders scattered hopelessly ahead of Newcastle’s modest attacking threat.
At this rate we’ll lose 5-0 to Man United.
