Davide Zappacosta has only been in the Chelsea team for less than a year, but already there are rumors he could be on his way back to Italy with Inter Milan interested.
Chelsea are yet to announce their manager for next season, despite Antonio Conte remaining at post following two years at the club. Conte won the Premier League in the first season and added a second trophy with his FA Cup triumph against Manchester United last season.
Zappacosta was one of the players he brought in last season but with the players unable to perform to the standards required at the club, consistently, he might just follow his boss out of Stamford Bridge.
Calciomercato is quoted by Interfanclub as saying Inter Milan are after him this season after cancelling the deal to sign Joao Cancello permanently, after the Valencia defender is being priced at €40 million this summer.
Zappacosta will offer a cheaper option this summer following his deal from Torino for €25 million last summer.
