Chelsea’s number one goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has found out how hard Chelsea are trying to find replacements for him as the Blues continue to work in the background to land targets this summer.
The Blues are ready for the big time and are considering signing a top goalkeeper to replace the Belgian should he leave for Real Madrid this summer as some reports have had it.
There have been reports by the Sun that Chelsea are considering England international Jack Butland to sign for them in the summer after his Stoke City side were relegated last season.
Other reports by the Express say Chelsea are keen to battle with Arsenal and Liverpool for Barcelona’s second choice in between the stick, Cillessen, but it is the rumors linking Allisson from AS Roma to Chelsea that never seems to go away and that may be worrying Courtois who intends to revisit the negotiation table once the World Cup is over.
That is not as reassuring as his words in March when he told the Evening Standard he will surely remain at the club next season.
“I’m committed to Chelsea. I have a contract until next year and I will be here.”

Courotis is yet to sign the contract Chelsea offered to him earlier in the season with his eyes set on leaving the club to join Real but the 26-year old has only 12 months remaining on his current deal.
