Chelsea’s Willian has been identified as a potential target for Manchester United in the 2018 summer transfer window and his words will not do the reports and rumors any good after calling the Jose Mourinho-managed club ‘one of the best in the world’.
The Brazil star has been in the news for sometime now and the rumor mill keep spilling news that he may be on his way to Man United next summer.
Although the Sun had reported earlier that Willian is Mourinho’s main target this summer for a fee of £60m, the Portuguese manager has acted rather quickly in snapping Fred from Shakhter Donetsk.
Asked whether his the midfielder would be a hit in the Premier Legaue, Willian was positive and insisted he has ‘no doubt’ about that.
“Of course, no doubt about that. He has a lot of qualities. He can improve (them) a lot. He goes to one of the best teams in the world. I am happy for him. I hope he does well at Manchester United.
He is very happy to come to the Premier League to play. We talked a little bit about that.”
