Chelsea are reportedly eyeing a move for AC Milan goalkeeping sensation Gianluca Donnarumma after top target Allison Becker decides on Real Madrid move.
Allison is said to have said no to Chelsea after revealing to insiders at Roma that his dream move will be to sign for Real Madrid. Chelsea were reportedly getting closer to signing the Brazil international but the move was shot down by Roma sporting director Monchi who now oversees the club’s transfers.
Allison has made a great impact at Roma, especially in the last couple of seasons at the Serie A club. Last season, the Serie A club made great strides into the semi final of the Champions League after beating Barcelona in the quarters.
According to Corriere dello Sport via Sport in Spain, Chelsea have turned their attention from Allison and are now focusing on Donnarumma who has also attracted interest from a number of top clubs in Europe.
Allison is also expected to stay at Roma this summer, following Monchi’s strategy of overpricing him in the current market which means Thibaut Courtois is the most likely arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
