Chelsea are scrambling for top talent in the transfer market this summer and after missing out on Aleksander Golovin, there are still a few more players the Blues have in sight before the end of the window.
New manager Maurizio Sarri is not taking matter’s by chance and does very much expect his new squad to play his favored brand of football, but that will need a few changes to the current team. The Blues will need to dip into the market again, despite signing Jorginho from Napoli. The midfielder will add considerable quality to Chelsea’s midfield but that is not enough, according to the Evening Standard.
The report says Sarri has four more players on his wishlist and is hoping the Blues bring in all. To be honest, that will be virtually impossible, considering Chelsea may have to end up breaking the UEFA Financial Fair Play Rules and also three of the four listed in the Evening Standard’s report are Juventus players.
Danielle Rugani, Gonazalo Higuian and Miralem Pjanic are those players while Leon Bailey of Bayer Leverkusen is another player capable of storming Stamford Bridge this summer.
There was the mention on Anthony Martial is the report, but with Mirror saying Jose Mourinho will not tolerate sellingt he star winger to a direct rival in the Premier League, that deal may be off.
