Chelsea have received a huge boost in their chase of forward Christian Pulisic, with word from Borussia Dortmund confirming the player may leave the club, but not this summer.
The American youngster is one of the most coveted forwards in world football in recent times after bursting onto the Bundesliga scene two seasons ago. He has been a live wire for the German giants and is expected to move to a top club soon.
Chelsea are among his suitors and intense reports in the last few weeks have had it that the Blues are set to make a bid for his services before the end of the transfer window as per the Mirror. However with two weeks set to go to the end of the transfer window, ESPN’s Raf Honigstein reports that Dortmund are unwilling to let the 19-year old leave this summer but should he resist signing the contract renewal on offer, they will offload him next summer.

Although, this may be good news to Chelsea, it should be an incentive to act quickly as other Premier League rivals are seriously considering entering the race for him.
