Major changes at Stamford Bridge as Maurizio Sarri starts on a journey to bring back love from players

Chelsea players are in for a treat this season and beyond, for as long as Maurizio Sarri remains in charge.  The Sun report that the Italian manager has changed the training schedules to give the playing staff more time to spend with family.

The Chelsea players were used to intense training regimes under Antonio Conte, a policy that kept them away from their families, but the Sun now report that Sarri, who arrived at the club this summer, has told his players to report to some training sessions in the afternoons so they can spend time with their wives and children in the morning.

He is introducing this flexible work schedule to help bring back harmony in the squad that has seen too much bad blood between them in the past few months. The likes of Eden Hazard who may be keen to leave the club to clubs abroad could be persuaded to stay with more time being given them to remain with family.

Recent reports by GiveMeSport said Sarri had relaxed food regulations at the club to give players the opportunity to choose from a wider menu in the training ground.

It is clear Sarri wants to bond his players better with love, to balance out the strict tactical work on the training ground.
