Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri has revealed who in his life can make him quit his smoking addiction after his famous touchline smoking occasions in Italy.
The former Napoli tactician is famed for smoking on the touchlines in the Serie A but that is prohibited in the England top flight. He is forced to pause his smoking habit during Premier League games as the stadiums in the league all ban smoking.
Sarri is sometimes pictured chewing cigarettes on Chelsea’s touchline to compensate for his inability to jump on the sticks for 90 minutes.

His sacrifice could turn permanent halt to this habit if his father puts in a word. Sarri admits his father has told him to reduce his cigarettes intake in London, but it was his father who told him to take up the Chelsea job when the offer came up.
“When my father learned I had this offer (from Chelsea), he told me to go to London, that it was the right thing to do. He did ask me to stop smoking at least while I’m here. He is the only one who for five minutes can make me wobble in my convictions.”
