Chelsea have been listed with Bayern Munich as the only two top European clubs interested in signing Lyon star Nabil Fekir.
The winger has set sights on making a move out of the French Ligue 1 club in the coming transfer windows, most likely the 2019 summer. This year, the France star was linked with a move to the Premier League but the deal ultimately failed to materialize despite a deadline day strong rumor that he could end up in the Chelsea colours this season.
According to L’Equipe via Sport Witness, the World Cup winner with France has his head turned by a potential move to Stamford Bridge or the Allianz Arena and sometimes loses his focus on Lyon’s objectives for the season.
At the moment, performing at the highest standards will do him a lot of good. If he plays well, serious bids will indeed fly in while he also proves to the world that he is not a one season wonder.
