Chelsea target surprise winger to replace Eden Hazard if Real Madrid move goes through

There is a limited number of players in the same quality bracket as Eden Hazard in world football currently, but should Chelsea lose the Belgium international, plans are being made on signing one of the Premier League most dangerous forwards at the moment.

Watford’s Roberto Pereyra has become a big asset for his club this season after electric performances for the Hornets. His stock has risen so high, a report by the Sunday Mirror via Metro Sport says Chelsea’s top brass want him to join the Stamford Bridge club if Hazard agrees to move to Real Madrid next summer.

Hazard’s dream, as revealed in his own admission in recent weeks, is to play for Los Blancos and at the moment is looking for a way out. His current deal runs until the summer of 2020, but with only one year to go by next summer, Real will push hard for a cut-price fee.

The Blues will not fret too much for a replacement if the Mirror report rings true.
