Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri will block any move from clubs interested in signing Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan in January as he prepares to give the youngster a sustained chance in the first team.
At the start of the season, the England international was thought to be keen on a move outside the club as he chased important minutes at this point in his career. But his sudden rise to form and acclimatization to Maurizio Sarri’s philosophy and tactics mean he now gets a role in the squad.
He has played a lot of minutes in the last month and continues to grow in confidence in Sarri’s side. His hattrick against BATE Borisov in the Europa League is the highlight of his sudden rise in the competitive Chelsea midfield.
The Mirror reports that Sarri will block all loan moves for him in the New Year after a recent report said West Ham are keen on adding him to their squad.
