If the endless rumors are to believed, Callum Hudson-Odoi is a top talent attracting a lot of top clubs across Europe, and Chelsea would be the undeniable loser if he does leave at some point.
The 17-year old is targeting a sniff at first team football and his impressive showings in the age-limit teams and competitions have proven he needs the trust of Chelsea’s coaches. Although Maurizio Sarri may be correct when he says Hudson-Odoi is not ready to oust any of his wingers from the first team, the Italian manager should solely take the blame when the club loses one of the most promising talents in world football at the moment.
When quizzed if Hudson-Odoi would feature in the Europa League clash with PAOK on Thursday, Sarri revealed the player will most likely start the game from the bench. With Eden Hazard and Victor Moses out with injuries and Willian clearly out of form, one would have expected to see Hudson-Odoi start the dead-rubber game.
Sarri says Callum Hudson-Odoi has to improve offensively and defensively, but potentially he is a very good player. He adds that he wants to find space for him, but it's not easy to put him in the starting 11. He is in the 18-man squad for tomorrow's game. #CFCvPAOK

Goal reports that the youngster is reluctant to sign a new deal at the club and it’s understandable. At this age and talent level in the game, a match or two every month would do his confidence a lot of good, but Sarri’s decisions are crashing him.
