“We can beat everyone if we want” – Eden Hazard says Chelsea can win every one of February’s six matches

Chelsea have been largely inconsistent this season and their win over Huddersfield should not get them carried away but Eden Hazard dares to think differently.

The Belgium captain believes his side can win every one of the six matches in February, regardless of the size of the opposition.

The Blues face Manchester City in the Premier League before traveling to Malmo the following Thursday to resume their Europa League campaign. Then they will host red-hot Manchester United at Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup prior to hosting Malmo at home for the return leg of their last-32 round in Europe. League games against Brighton and Tottenham will sandwich the League Cup final against Man City.

Chelsea have flattered to deceive in recent months after picking up only four points from a possible 12 in January and in fairness, it will be difficult to negotiate through all these games with wins but there’s nothing impossible under the sun. Hazard firmly thinks Chelsea can ‘beat anyone’ if they want to.

“It’s going to be a different game [against City] than two or three months ago. I think they will have the ball. City have these kind of players to play together. We will defend well and then we will score one goal or two.

We need to be focused. This month is going to be hard, but we are Chelsea. We can beat everyone if we want.”
