The Chelsea fans have officially turned on manager Maurizio Sarri. Surely this is the end for the Italian.
With Chelsea 1-0 down against relegation battlers Cardiff City, the supporters who made the trip to Wales could be heard chanting ‘we want Sarri out’ from the away end.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, our own fans turning on our manager, the Cardiff City fans responded by signing ‘we want Sarri IN’.

We have never seen anything like this at our football club. It’s absolutely incredible.
If the board are taking into account the opinion of the fans when considering Sarri’s future, he will surely never take charge of another Chelsea game again.
Irrespective of Chelsea’s two late goals, we were made to look like idiots by a team far worse than ourselves. That is completely unacceptable.
Cesar Azpilicueta and Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s goals may well have saved Sarri’s job, til Wednesday at least, but it’s difficult to see anything changing from here.
The fanbase have been completely alienated. A decision needs to be made…
