Chelsea’s January signing Christian Pulisic has been ruled out of action for three or four weeks after picking up an injury to his right thigh, as per ESPN.
The United States of America international has endured a torrid season at his German Bundesliga club, Borussia Dortmund. He has struggled to break into the starting 11 under Lucien Favre who has seemingly preferred the agility and skillset Jadon Sancho brings unto the table.
Talk over Pulisic’s future at the Westfalenstadion subsequently intensified, and early in the winter window, Chelsea announced he will move to the Premier League in the summer.

His arrival is imminent and Chelsea fans have kept a keen eye on his progress since. Recently, his goal against Chile for the USMNT in an international friendly, that saw him become the youngest to score 20 goals for his country was widely celebrated by Blues fans.

The latest development will raise concerns among his new supporters, but there is plenty of time to recover and get back to optimum level before the season’s end. Fingers crossed.
