Former Chelsea striker Diego Costa was sent off during Atletico’s loss to Barcelona last night in the most Diego Costa manner possible.
Though a world-class striker, the Spaniard is renowned for finding it difficult to keep his temper under control. It caused him a fair few problems during his time in the Premier League.
His notorious temper flared up once again last night, and it’s safe to say that this time Diego may have overstepped the mark.
As the Mirror report, Costa is accused of saying to the match official:
“I s*** on your wh*** mother, I s*** on your wh*** mother.”
His words are creative, that’s for sure. Costa can clearly communicate far more coherently in Spanish than he was able to in English, which he never really got the hang of.

He probably ought to refrain from saying those kind of things to referees, however. It’s only ever going to end in one way – with him getting sent for an early bath.
